Wagging To Success will be the intellectual property owner of all such content it creates on behalf of its customers, and unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties prior to ordering. Wagging To Success shall have the right to reuse any such content in the satisfaction of any other order. This includes if a layout template was sent along with the order for reference and the final product looks like the template. By purchasing from my shop, you agree that the final
design that is created by Wagging To Success will be intellectual property of Wagging To Success. Wagging To Success has rights to use any part or all of the design for other customers. If you would like to discuss a commissioned piece that would not be duplicated for anyone other than you, the pricing would be significantly different ($200-$400 more than my standard listing prices depending on the design details). Wagging To Success is not responsible for any injury or loss caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of our products.
You cannot upload designs to the Wagging To Success that you don’t own or have permission to reproduce. This includes pictures, images, characters and the like created by someone else. You also cannot use someone else’s trademark without permission, either within your design or to identify or promote your designs. Whether or not you have legal permission to reproduce a design or a trademark is not something I can determine for you. It is your responsibility to understand the permissions associated with any design you upload. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE CONTENT WHICH YOU SUBMIT AND THAT THE CONTENT DOES NOT INFRINGE UPON THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (E.G. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS) OR OTHER RIGHTS OF OTHERS. YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING DISPUTES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHER RIGHTS IN THE CONTENT OR ANY PARTS OF THE CONTENT. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold Wagging To Success Inc harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the site, (b) your use of the site, (c) your connection to the site, (d) your violation of these Terms or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Policies
Shipping
All items are shipped through USPS, once a package leaves my hands it is no longer my responsibility. I can ship overseas to other countries but am not responsible for additional customs cost.
Once placing your order make sure that shipping information is correct or you will be charged for a new label. If item is already shipped and you provided the wrong shipping address you are responsible for contacting USPS directly and having them reroute to your correct address. Normal packages do not come with insurance unless above $100 or if requested for an additional fee. Every package comes with tracking and will be sent via DM or email address provided.
All items takes 3-6 weeks to ship. Premade items take 1-3 weeks to ship.
Returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations or refunds. All items are evaluated by not only myself, but other people on our quality control team. However, in the event we mutually agree to a cancellation, a cancellation fee up to 50% of the order may be required if I have already created a digital proof for your order or purchased materials including physical or digital for your custom order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalized orders, digital items and items on sale. Unless arrived defective.
A return that is approved, it must be returned in like new condition (no alterations, dirt, hair, etc). If the items arrive in a condition other than new, a refund may not be possible or a restocking fee up to 50% may be required no expectations.
Return shipping costs will only be covered for defective item and only if I provide a shipping label for you to print. In a event you ship your order yourself by purchasing your own postage, I will not be able to reimburse postage cost. Keep in mind first class postage with USPS is the most affordable.
If for some reason the payment method you used is incorrect and need a refund to submit the correct information there will be a 25% progressing fee.
Note: I hand make everything for you to order and on most items. It takes me 3-6 weeks from the date of order to make your items and ship them. I try very my best to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. I can only exchange an item if there is a significant flaw. Please contact me within 24 hrs of receiving your item. I am not able to refund or replace unless receive the defective items back. Keep in mind all items are handmade and sometimes small imperfections happen as they are a part of the process of making each item. I’m always happy to work with you to make sure your purchase correct.
Ordering Rules
I reserve the right to ask the two questions allowed by the ADA. Is your animal a service animal? What task(s) are they trained to perform? (We are not responsible for misuse of our products stating your animal is a service animal.)
I reserve the right to deny someone the ability to purchase from my shop. This includes if you are derogatory or hateful towards me or other members of our shop. You will blocked you from my shop and may not be able to order in the future.
Gear I currently sell has not been tested for mobility. I am not responsible for misuse of my products. (Any mobility items you purchase from any shop should be evaluated at your vet office to determine if it’s safe to use.)
Note: Counter balance handles will not be made over 6” and guide handles longer than 14”. No exceptions!
Do not copy my designs or elements specific to my shop. (We do understand that people may have the same digitizer.)
Do not take our designs or art to other shops to be made as you can violate copyright laws.
If I find that you are requesting other shops to copy my designs/items specifically or are copying them yourself then you will be blocked from my shop.
No flipping or altering our gear in any way. If you are trying to sell items made by us no selling more than what you paid for.
